Weekly support available on board the Mobile Quit Bus outside Morrisons Erith every Wednesday between 9.30 am and 1.30 pm.  Hop on board for free Lung Age testing and information about free support to help you beat the addiction of smoking.

Specialist support to help you stop smoking available at the following Children's Centres on a weekly basis:

St Augustine's Children's Centre, Belvedere, Thursdays 9.30 am - 12 noon. 

Hillsgrove Children's Centre, Plymstock Road, Welling, Fridays 12 - 3pm

If you would like to give up smoking within a workplace supported quit group please contact Bexley Stop Smoking Service.  We can provide a specialist advisor who will facilitate a six week one hourly programme to help you make the change from smoker to non-smoker.  This service is free but can only be provided to groups of ten or more employees.  Previous employers who have benefitted from this service are:
